British Chin Na Association

BCNA

Chin Na is what the Chinese Martial Arts refer to as “Seizing and Controlling” the Joints. All styles of Chinese Martial Arts incorporate Chin Na into their training, irrespective whether they are an internal or external Chinese Martial Art.

The training of Chin Na involves the learning:

Mis-placing the bone techniques.

Dividing the tendons & ligaments.

Grabbing the muscles techniques.

Sealing the blood & air techniques.

Dian Xue-Acu point pressing techniques.

The aim of the British Chin Na Association is to spread the Chinese Chin Na joint locking system to any interested individuals, groups or instructors of any martial art either Japanese, Korean etc. who would like to specialise in or add Chin Na joint locking techniques into their own particular style.
The British Chin Na Association will be holding regular classes throughout the UK alongside National Seminars where individuals can study the BCNA Chin Na training syllabus and become certified teachers of Chin Na through the BCNA.
